Scaleway ENT1 deprecation

With Scaleway's deprecation of the ENT1 VM type, users face the challenge of selecting appropriate replacement instances from their current catalog. The existing documentation lacks clear performance comparisons between VM types, particularly when multiple instance families offer identical CPU and RAM specifications but potentially different underlying architectures, network capabilities, and storage performance.

This benchmark project aims to provide comprehensive performance data across Scaleway's VM offerings to help users make informed decisions when migrating from deprecated ENT1 instances or selecting new VM types for their workloads.
