OVHcloud Metal Instances - IPMI Temperature
Go back to listAs Bare Metal are supposed to offer a direct access to the various sensors on the motherboard, we are able via the IPMI tools and sensors to retrive several informations such as consumption in Watt or Temperature. Unfortunately we encountered several barriers:
- AWS doesn't allow any hardware sensors
- OVH Metals don't share electrical consumption
- Of course, VMs don't share these data
